We are a Dutch - Srilankan family and we have a beautifull homestay in Poddala.
Poddala is a small village 7 miles from Galle to Baddegamma.
There are ricefields, coconut and tea estates.
You stay with the lokal people and discover the basic Srilankan way of living.

You can enjoy the best rice & curry, choose for a delicious barbecue or have a western style dinner.
The chef has got his experience from the best hotel kitchens in the Netherlands.

It is 20 minutes away from Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna Beach, where you can enjoy the refreshing water of the Indian Ocean.

We arrange day trips and tours around the beautifull countrysite.
We have an English, Dutch and Sinhala speaking Srilankan tourguide and he has inside knowledge of Srilanka, the culture and Srilankan history.

The prices for a double room are€ 40,= for two persons,
including a royal breakfast.
Children are a welcome guest, we have a 50% discount for children
from 6 to 12 years old, younger children are a free guests.
